INSTRUCTORS

Doug Crowe
He has been investing in real estate since 1986. His first project was a 4 unit building in Summit, IL that he leased with an option to purchase. After his success with buying, renting and managing dozens of single family homes, he went on to purchase apartment buildings, office buildings, and has even purchased a convent!  Doug has been broadcasting in Chicago and around the world for 5 years. Archived radio programs can be heard on www.dougcrowe.com.  An avid airplane pilot, Doug travels the country investigating new markets, opportunities and developments for himself and his students.  He has semi-retired from radio to pursue his passion of developing a green private island resort in the Caribbean.

Gina Clifford
Gina Clifford has been investing in real estate since 2002. Early on in her career, Gina became extremely proficient at negotiating, evaluating and working with banks. Performing the "short" sale became second nature. Her natural speaking style and easy manner not only works to soften up crusty old bankers, but students naturally learn more because of her reliability. Gina has been on staff since 2006 and has her own line of educational support materials and courses.

Randy Anderson
Randy is our CPA and has been a trusted advisor to the company and its founder for over 15 years. Randy has his masters in Accounting, is a certified business valuation analyst and a certified financial planner. His skill as a "numbers guy" is complimented by his creativity and dry wit (Not typical traits for accountants!). He has extensive experience in real estate, not only as a CPA, but an investor as well.    More Info
